Hey everyone, My name is Randa and I am 19 years old. This past December I was diagnosed with PTSD and I feel like I am drowning. How do you even start to talk about this? I just don t know how, or why it happened. I thought once I got out of the situation that it would all be better. I thought I would acknowledge what happened and then go on my merry way.
