Hello, 19 yo with diagnosed PTSD from childhood trauma here. I m struggling for a bit of perspective on an upcoming field trip I m due to be taken as part of my university degree. Although technically compulsory, I ve been in contact with staff and they re happy enough and able to switch me out of this field course and onto a different additional module.
