I Don't Do Anger, But I Do Crabby Very Well

The sunshine is pissing me off because I feel like the universe is trying to manipulate my feelings and make me happy. Screwed up, huh? It s too much pressure. I m holding up in the dark garage. So I won t whine about being unhappy because (hopefully) this is part of my process. I don t do anger well and never could (just had to bash by own bones with tools, cut, or other forms of self injury). But I don t pretend to be falsely chipper...ever. I actually wish I could.
