How does one go about getting a diagnosis? Do I have to go to a psychologist for like 6 months to get diagnosed or can I just make an appointment just for a diagnosis or psychological testing alone? And how do they go about figuring out if you have a particular diagnosis or not? I m not sure as of this point if I want therapy, but I think I should at least get diagnosed first, so how do I do this?
