This is a vague ramble through my responses to the first three weeks of CBT. Sorry it s long Finally! After three years of battling the NHS I am getting trauma focused CBT. But it is currently only scheduled for 16 weeks, and I can t believe that will magically be enough. I have to catch a bus there, but not from the side of the road where I had a bit of a flashback.
