Hi. I ve been searching the internet for the last couple hours to try to figure out exactly what happened to me today. I m hoping someone experienced can give me some insight. Anyways I m a veteran and going to school full time. I ve been seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist each week for about a month for what I thought to be generalized/ test anxiety, depression and/or ADHD, all the while getting evaluated for 2 hours a week by a third psychologist. I don t have nightmares, but have... Flashback Or Not?
