Fear Of Next Therapy Appointment

I have an appointment with my therapist later this week that I m freaking out about. It ll be my 5th session with this therapist. I ve tried therapy a few times before but normally quit after a few sessions because I can t make myself talk and fear (amongst other things) that I m wasting their time. I don t want to quit this time. My therapist generally seems kind and understanding, I don t know whether she can help me (if I can even be helped) but I would like to stick around long...
