Fatigue Like Being Punched In The Head

I m all over the map this week, but really pretty aware of my desire to find balance and things that I think will help...but then I find myself so incredibly fatigued that I feel like I will drop unconscious before the end of work....so I sneak out for coffee and cigarettes. And there is almost no way for me to go from horridly sluggish fatigue to some middle ground. Now I m wired. I m not doing anything particularly different. I sleep okay.
