Hello, I have been seeing a therapist for PTSD for a while. Yesterday I was told I have Dissociative Disorder Not Otherwise Specified after taking a questionnaire. I was wondering how long does therapy take for both PTSD and DDNOS combined in some people s experience or just a guesttimate? (I know it can be different for everyone). Also what type of specific therapies are best? I ve been doing EMDR and CBT. Thank-you.
