I have been listening to a conference call this evening (still am). It speaks of Transactional Analysis (old school) and the games people play with us. lol. Yep. I had no idea these things were scripted. I actually thought my abusers were being quite original! Nope..... There must be an abusers handbook out there - oh wait - there is - it is called The Games People Play. There is an online PDF file of the book (so I am guessing it is free?).
