This is a fairly short post but slightly complex situation. Up until quite recently I had been doing very well to the point I was thinking of finishing therapy. My T takes a few weeks off every year. Due to the day my sessions fall on, this is roughly a month for me. I m into week 1 minus T and already fallen back on self harm. I haven t done this in well well over eight months so it s a fairly major regression for me and makes me quite scared about the next few weeks! My T says if anyone... Self Harm When T Is Away?
