So my therapy is going really well but I m experiencing really dramatic symptoms of late. My work attendance has never been great. I use my sick and vacation time as I accrue it. Last week I chose to visit my family of origin when my mom was in icu. The drive combined with the deep work in session had my on my back. I ve been in flashback hell for three weeks now.
