Update

I haven t been on here much lately. So I wanted to give an update on myself. As some of you know, last week was rough for me. Bad enough that I was in the admitting room of an inpatient hospital, I decided not to stay. The thought of being away from my daughter, husband, and family was too much. I went to My dr the next day. I needed some help and guidance. I had hit rock bottom. After talking to her for an hour, I felt a little better. She told me I didn t need to be hospitalised.
