Sudden Muscle Spasms

So I ve never had my body react to the flashbacks this way before. It all started a week ago when I got triggered all of a sudden and the muscles from my shoulders to my lower back/abdomen area started twitching. It s like how you feel when you get really cold but aren t shivering just yet..I don t know how to explain it; it doesn t hurt but just makes me really uncomfortable.
