Knowing All About Emotional Sickness, But Nothing About The Physical

So I have been pretty sick lately. I am anemic and just got out of the hospital 3 weeks ago. Apparently I was getting sick for years, but who knew? Everybody was just so quick to blame me. That I m lazy or unmotivated. Meanwhile I m over here slowly bleeding out and not able to physically get enough iron to make the much need new red blood cells. Noooo I m not bitter lol.
