Hi all, I m in therapy and have been doing it off and on for twenty years. It has been a hugely valuable part of my healing process. My current therapist works for me in many ways - she s conveniently located, takes my insurance (which is not great), and knows me. But she s not exactly that knowledgeable about ptsd (she did some research after I diagnosed myself, and she does agree I probably have it). I think a good option for me would be interapy. From the way it sounds, I know it would... Interapy?
