I am a nurse in the High Arctic. I am currently off on "sick leave" due to signs and symptoms of PTSD and/or ASR. It is a very long process, but I am taking all the advice of doctors, social worker etc. I have had great support from family, friends and co workers. I just have one question... Why do agencies such as Workers Compensation...Insurance Companies...and Employment Insurance not believe that it exists? Why should we have to go through the added stress and anxiety on our lives...
