Trying To Be Supportive

Hello, I need some advice, on how to be more supportive of my wife with PTSD. She was a victim of childhood sexual assult, and has been living with PTSD for quite some time. My wife just recently started to see her therapist again after a couple years off. He has advised her to get in touch with her inner child over the next month.
