Desperately In Need Of Advice Following A Major C-ptsd Meltdown.

Hello everyone, This is my first post ever on My PTSD (though admittedly I ve spent a great deal of time on it in the past) - or any forum for that matter. I m here because I desperately need some advice and insight, and I don t know who else I can talk to (I apologize for the length). I was diagnosed with C-PTSD about 4 years ago, from a series of violent assaults/various forms of abuse in my childhood.
