New Here Trying To Find Answers And Help On The Forum

Hi- I am a long time Ptsd sufferer. Although until recently I would have never admitted it. At ten yrs. I was in a very traumatic (almost) plane crash. This flight conceded with a move to San Jose, Ca which is very crowded. I became agoraphobic and was unable to do much outside of the house (couldn t go in malls, under bridges, on bridges, elevators, 2nd story of buildings, fear of earthquakes etc) I never received help for it but was able to overcome a lot of my anxieties but it took a very...
