Does Anyone Have Any Experience Of Act Therapy

I have started a course of ACT therapy and i m really having a hard time trying to put the concepts into practice. A little about my story. I had a difficult childhood, but not wanting to go into all that right now. I was pregnant and married at the age of 17 years. Over 7 years I went on to have 3 children. One morning my husband went to work, and he never returned, he was involved in a trucking accident and killed instantly. Leaving me with 3 very young children, the youngest only 6 weeks...
