I am a little over 55 years old. I was physically and emotionally abused as a child. Dad beat us due to the stress of his job. I moved out at 18, got pregnant and married the guy. Have 2 grown children by him. He was murdered at middle age and robbed by unknown assailants at the time. They were caught and put in prison 3 weeks after that.
