I actually have no clue how to feel useful right now. I ve been out of a job since the onset of my symptoms, and I feel incapable of doing a lot of things that I used to do. I used to go on walks to blow off some of the excess Anxiety that my body decides to have whenever it feels like it, but now I can t do that anymore (I was told by my T that maybe going on walks isn t such a great idea with my dissociation, because I tend to blackout when I get triggered, and obviously I can listen to... How Can I Feel Useful?
