Hi everyone. This probably isn t in the right section but here goes. Please know that I am not a troll and have legit things to say/ I have been lurking for quite some time and now want to share. Don t want to share too much about my Abuse yet (childhood and recent). New to trauma therapy. Anyway, I went to my T this morning. He wanted to do a guided meditation/relaxation session.
