So now that I have made the decision to relocate back to the States, there s a huge spike in my Anxiety level. Obviously, it s a big change and will require a lot of adjustment to move back, so it s no surprise to me that it s causing me really bad anxiety. But I have this sense of doom now constantly, as if something terrible is going to happen at any moment, or as if something will happen to sabotage my plans.
