About 3 weeks ago I decided to come off 40mgs of Citaloprams cold turkey. (A bit of a story.) My first week was alright actually. Started to feel physically tired. On my second week, my anxiiety levels rose and some of the problems I had before I took the medication started coming back. Sleeping has been a problem.
