Have You Had Emdr? Did It Help You Heal Relational Trauma?

I didn t think I d start a diary because I ve tried regurgitating my trauma and I don t want to go there again. But I need to do a brain dump, without infesting the other threads, and I m not looking for someone to hold my hand. I don t want to hear that I ve got good qualities worth salvaging. Suicide is a constant companion of mine, but not yet, not like this - I couldn t bear their eulogies for me. I got discharged from hospital today, not because I m cured but because I needed...
