Avoiding Making Friends

I was sexually abused as child at the age of 5 or 6 and my father was never convicted because the court said that they don t have enough evidence. Anyways,I am 16 now. I was at his house visit because that is what the court orderd. I get flashbacks of the abuse and I stare off into space and start and act like a child. I watch shows I loved as a child and suck my thumb and hug my stuffed animals. Is this dissociation?
