I wish I could say that only this time of year is hard for me when it comes to a certain death anniversary. But really I ve been pretty hung up on it year around since it s happened. The 16th of September was the actual date of death but yesterday, the 23rd, was the anniversary of the memorial service which is an event I still have awful, awful flashbacks of. I cry and panic and dissociate, I m not in my body when it happens and I can t control it. Everyone around me is having a hard time... Death Anniversary
