That s one of my sensory triggers. Smoke, pollution - where I can t breathe, escape - the whole nine yards and just had to get the f out of dodge and bought a bottle wine. Had just one glass and out of the blue - SOB out of the blue - my neighbor starts screaming at the top of her lungs at her 8 year old son, berating, abusing him emotionally, cursing at him and doing the number on him that I had done on me. Just letting all hell loose on this child. So, fortified somewhat and calmed down... So, I m In The Middle Of Being Triggered By Cigarette Smoke
