I awoke at around 1 AM this morning and could not go back to sleep (I m pretty sure I had some nightmares, but cannot recall them). I tried meditation mindfulness and mindful eating of a small snack, since I was hungry. (I bought a book on Mindfulness Meditation, published by TIME). It was at the grocery store. It is a general overview of the subject with a lot of photos. I took a course in Mindfulness a few years back and this is kind of a rehash as well as an updating for me, with new info...
