Medication...what To Expect?

I have a question to any one with any reasonably good advice i m open to all advice. i have anger issues ( they say the first step is admitting it) sad thing is i admitted this years ago. Now i m in Married with kids and i still have no solution . i refuse to take the pharmaceutical drugs the doctors prescribe me because i ve seen fellow veteran friends gain addictions and ultimately commit Suicide. So me thinking i m dodging a bullet by just dealing with my anger problems in my own way,... Marine Vet Problems
