Is It Ptsd?

I got a w2 in the mail and it looked weird because of the postal stamp. I opened up the mail and it was a W2 from a job I never worked at. They left the second part of the tax return document in the package. My city was spelled wrong as well. If it was spelled wrong how did it make it to the mailbox of my father address?? Again let me remind you my snap application with my SSN disappeared from my father mailbox in January. I hope I posted this in the right place, I m working on it. for...
