hi guys so I ve been with my therapist for three years now since I was 20 I m now turning 24 and I feel like I have hit a brick wall in my progress I texted my therapist this week asking him questions about PTSD but he I thought gave me a cold text back even though professional he replied saying he won t answer any of questions unless crises or in session where these questions must be contained within the hour provided although whilst at the beginning of my therapy with him he would happily...
