I have not slept for much for 17 days now... My body is screaming for sleep... But I cannot face it, I dread sleep! I suffer night terrors almost all the time.... I am adverse to medication, I know this is not the best way forwards for someone like me. I have so many issues.... I am overwhelmed by everything... I don t know where to start... My partner has got to the limit of tolerance! Will sleep help me? I would give anything to just have one good deep sleep... I have no idea if I... No Sleep... Night Terrors...
