I ve been in the formal complaints process, because the NHS have been doing nothing, in such a destructive way. Today I got a letter, with an appointment with a psychiatrist, "to consider if there are other factors contributing to mental health problems". The letter also refers to a letter 13 days ago from the Chief Exec, which predictably I haven t received. What does that phrase "to consider if there are other factors contributing to mental health problems" mean? I ve tried taking it at... What Do You Think This Means?
