best way to put it is my friend with PTSD is a living ghost and need to treat her as if she has passed away and never coming back. How long does it take for you to grieve when you are pushed away and what do you do to not get frozen in time. Mean I am still stuck on the day she told me she was raped and my life has been stuck on that day
