I ve been dealing with PTSD for a long time but only have recently started treatment for it i have alot of trouble with dealing with the Flashbacks but more so the Dissociation which is getting bad to the point where im not really functioning that well with day to day life i was told to start Mirtazapine Due to having Major sleep Issues and Depression and Anxiety which my Pysch thinks is causing the Dissociation problems she also suggested that i start to work on mindfulness which i cant... Not Sure How To Deal With Flash Backs And Dissociation
