This is my first post. I just graduated college, and I am just now accepting the PTSD diagnosis I got 3 years ago when I began therapy and the healing process from sexual abuse and rape. I didn t think what I went through was a enough to get PTSD, but I had a melt down at my new job. I have to wear a head set and I was learning all of menu items and the head set was so loud and I panicked and freaked out. I went home and cried all night; I hyperventilated and berated myself and just... I Communicate...maybe I Can Start Here?
