My dreams are full of death, rape, and terror. This is apparently abnormal as I ve been told of late. Learning such, I decided to start a dream diary. After the past month, I took it to my therapist to read. She was amazed that I remember the amount of detail and the number of dreams that I have every night. There was a question of a diagnosis sleep apnea or any other sleep disorder in my past (no), and whether I would consider doing a sleep study. I m sure on this forum there are others with... Sleep Apnea? Yes? No?
