He said it in our last session before Christmas. If it wasn t for the holidays Id be seeing him today. I won t see him for another three weeks. I have improved a lot but it still take very little to completely floor me with anxiety. I have c-trauma which resulted in anxiety, self harm and depression symptoms. My flashbacks have almost disappeared since I processed stuff. Do therapists say this stuff the whole time or what exactly is he saying when he said that?
