The other night I was lying in bed with my eyes closed, attempting to fall asleep. I suddenly began reliving my trauma, experiencing every detail. I don t know if it would be considered a flashback, I knew I was in my bed and I knew I was trying to fall asleep, but it was like I was completely stuck in the memory. Finally after reliving the entire trauma, I opened my eyes with my heart beating at a rapid pace and feeling sick to my stomach, and was completely SHOCKED to look at the clock and...
