The therapist I ve seen for just about 5 yrs wants me to see someone else to work on EMDR therapy. I am so nervous about this, as he says that seeing a new therapist would mean I would no longer see him. I try to be tough and act like that doesn t bother me but feeling really upset over not seeing my original therapist again. I have seen him nearly weekly for 5 yrs. There s been times where I have had a week or 2 break and I am ok with that but this came on suddenly and I would be done... Emdr/ending Therapy/trauma Work
