Do you have a good relationship with your father? If not how do you feel on fathers day? I ve always feel triggered by my father, he s very aggressive generally. Yesterday I forgot it was fathers day and received a torrent of verbal abuse from him. Father s day is for people celebrate their fathers but its just a chore when you have a crap father.
