Reaching Out For Support

I am reaching out tonight because I feel like I need support. I feel so alone and I don t want to bother my family and friends. Not sure if I need to put trigger warning? My baby has been in the hospital for 3 months. She was burned in a house fire, half her body 3rd degree. I stepped out of the house for 5 minutes while she was asleep in her crib and the house caught on fire. I went in and got her out, but the heat of the fire was too much and she was burned.
