Hello Everyone, I have a door I am hesitating on opening. Opening this door won t be a total exit, it will require an obligation on my part which could put more control in the hands of my management over me. The sacrifice I would have to make is as follows: Loss of benefits (compensation package) which includes: Health Insurance Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Losing these would be sacrificed, the health insurance covers most of my medical needs.... Possibilities...a Way Through Rather Than A Full Exit.
