Hi everyone, I have been doing well. Recently I opened my own online business. Things have been going well, I have been sleeping better so on my dr s advice I started to come off the valium... I have had a gradual increase of night terrors. I have had 3 in the last week. On the weekend I went away for a ladies weekend with my church. I managed to get through the days, but on the first night I had a night terror. I ended up hitting a wall and woke up two cabins full of people. I now am on... Night Terrors
