Well hello Im afraid im a bit of a forum noob so pardon me if this is in the wrong section ! After experiencing sexual assault and rape as an early teen, I decided to finally get help from my GP last March. She referred me to a SARC centre and they saw me the following month and after asking the basic questions they told me I was on a counselling waiting list and I began seeing a counsellor this May. I have suspected I have PTSD for just over a year. Though I am definitely not a... Does Recieving Emdr Treatment = Ptsd?
