Last night was a terrible night for me i was triggering left right and centre getting more amped up with every flashback im in a loop and it just keeps repeating and repeating over and over i took off several layers of skin with deep scratches at first i didnt realize then when i did i was using them to anchor myself im not so bad this morning but im still having issues ive got no idea what to do anyone have any ideas?
