Feeling Controlled

I feel like my husband is too paranoid about something bad happening to me that he can t just accept that I m healing and going to take risks. I don;t feel like he treats me like an adult let alone an individual. I had to approve an insurance form the other day and under "obstacles to recovery" my psychologist wrote "husband s control issues".
